Bravo 24 Transport Ltd. ("Bravo 24", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through bravo24transport.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. The quote request form on our site asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The type of job you're enquiring about
- Pickup and delivery locations
- A description of what's being moved (optional)
- Your preferred date (optional)
- Anything else you choose to write in the message field
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies on this website, so there is nothing to opt into and no tracking banner to dismiss.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to prepare a quote and respond to your enquiry. That's it. We use your contact details to reply to you, and we use the job details to work out a price.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Who sees it
Quote requests are emailed to our own inbox and read by the people at Bravo 24 Transport Ltd. who handle bookings. If your job requires a partner carrier in our nationwide agent network, we may share the details necessary to complete that job (such as addresses and load details) with that carrier. We share nothing beyond what's needed to deliver your freight.
Our website and email are hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Your submission passes through their systems in the ordinary course of being delivered to us.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so, for example by a court order.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records. If your enquiry doesn't turn into a booking, we generally delete it within two years. If it does, we retain the job record for as long as Canadian tax and business-record rules require.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. We limit access to enquiries to the people who need to see them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it's wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw your consent to us using it (though this may mean we can't quote your job)
- Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you think we've mishandled it
